It is hard to believe that this little guy has been alive for 2 days already. He was circumcised this morning, poor thing, but has maintained a healthy appetite throughout the day. We had some accidental fun before we left the hospital in that we set off every alarm we could find. I was trying to get a heating pad to work for momma and it shorted out every plug in the whole room, including the AC. Then a nurse tried to figure out what was wrong and pushed the Code Blue button, which means someone quit breathing. That made a momentary bit of panic, then when we where loading up the discharge nurse, after making a comment on how humiliating it would be, left the lojack on the baby, so I am certain the delivery floor was looking for the missing baby like crazy. Shortly after that we made it home!
I am a guy and I realize that Women really go through a lot to have a baby, but I am exhausted.
